MEETING INFORMATION

Meetings are held the first Thursday of the months of February through May and September through December at 7:15 p.m., City Hall, 245 West Fourth Street, 2nd floor Community Room.

Enter through the Police Department at the rear of the building and proceed to the steps or elevator to the second floor.

FEBRUARY
Roger Shipley—Printing Techniques. This program will be held at Professor Shipley’s classroom in the Fine Arts Building at Lycoming College. He will discuss and demonstrate etching, lithography, monoprinting, and other printing techniques.
